Jake was polite and professional. Explained everything he would do and took care to protect our floors and walls from any potential damage from the hose. Our carpets look like New! Our tile looks as if it were just installed. We've always cleaned our own tile and the grout always had a hazy look. I thought I would have to re-dye it. After a Zerorez cleaning, it looked new again! Couldn't be happier!

They are in contact with you as to when they will show up. Then when they arrive, they review your order with you making recommendations if needed. They are clean and wear shoe covers, and protect your furniture. Especially, there are no chemicals used. My carpets look and smell clean. No left over spots. Clean the first time!

Great people and job well done

I called on Halloween for a last minute carpet cleaning - my lease ended at midnight THAT NIGHT and all the other carpet companies I’d contacted had failed in even setting up service. This was my last hope and not only did I somehow get squeezed into a busy schedule, the cost was less than I could’ve hoped for, and it was done quickly - no more than 30 minutes from initial entry to out the door! I was floored (hehe, puns) with this carpet cleaning service and will definitely call you guys if I have the unfortunate happen again (not just having floor issues, but even just having a place with carpets...not my favorite thing to maintain).
