Our carpets stay cleaner for longer than other companies we have used in the past. At our last cleaning our basement carpet had black grease spots that came out totally and one spot was 85% removed. The ability to be given product to clean any spots that occur between carpet cleanings is a bonus. Plus the product can be used on many other surfaces. Our technician went above a beyond to provide us with great customer service. I share my extra bottles of product with those willing to give it a try.

My carpets look almost new! I’m very impressed with the work the two men who came to my house did. I asked for the pet spray and I no longer smell that lingering pet smell. Will definitely use Zerotez again!

The technician was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He also told me that there were a couple of spots that wouldn't look completely clean because the wear and tear wore away the whiteness. He was very nice and the carpet looks good.

They work! Also, the guys who come out are friendly and knowledgeable. Making appointments is easy.

I am thrilled with the cleanliness and the super job of communication this company offers. You can reach anyone in short order. Great people, I just love them and my carpets are gorgeous. I am a freak about my home being fresh and clean so these guys make me very happy.
I do not worry about residue in the carpet...they never feel sticky and are just barely wet when the job is done.

!his carpet cleaning is holding up. I like the fact that you leave your solution behind to continue to use if needed. I loved the service that was provided, the service man worked with me on price, and he was very pleasant and explained everything and the process from start to finish. I was working in my home office that day and the process was not loud or disruptive in any way so that I could continue my business as usual.
