They did a great job cleaning, but one employee asked to use our bathroom and used it several times during the 1.5 hour job. Not professional to be using a client's restroom especially during a short job.

I spilled coffee and the stain was pretty bad. Couldn’t get it out myself. Called them and got same day service. Can’t remember the guys name but he was fast and polite. I would use then again.

This was the first time we had used your services to clean our carpet. Jacob came into our home and did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpet! We have a dog who is now 2 1/2 and although he is now house broken, he didn't come that way!! Jacob was diligent when attending to those spots that needed a little extra attention and left our carpet smelling and looking like new! There was no chemical smell, which we really liked especially since we have a puppy, and the carpet even felt cleaner!
