I have been hearing about Zerorez for several years now and have been very impressed by the reviews that I was not only hearing about but reading about so when it came time to having my carpets cleaning I gave them a call and I could not be happier.
We were moving back into a home that had been we had been renting out and come to find out the tenants had 5 dogs which seemed to be able to roam free throughout the house and by the looks of it never seemed to clean up a mess after them. I had requested 6 rooms, a hallway, and stairs to be done. Adam, our technician, came out and verified what I had ordered and then looked at what he was getting into. As we were walking through the areas that needed to be cleaned Adam seemed very confident that he could do the rooms but did not think the hallway nor the stairs could be saved. Adam said he would test a section of the hallway and if it seemed like it would work he would proceed but if not, that would be taken off the bill. Well, Adam was right, the rooms turned out better than I could have hoped but the hallway and stairs could not be saved.
I want to thank Adam truly for being honest and not proceeding with the hallway and stairs and taking my money because I know that there are some places that would have. I would certainly ask for Adam again when it comes time to having my carpets done again.

Hello, we are the St. George family. We had service on Saturday with Jacob. We requested two rooms of full carpet to be cleaned and deodorized. We would like to let you know that Jacob did a phenomenal job. He was also super kind, and a real professional. We were in awe watching him clean the carpet, it literally transformed before our eyes. I was so excited to see that we could get it that clean. Our carpet looks like it is brand new! We will never use another company. Very very pleased with the outcome.
