We moved into a new house with many pet/urine stains. They were Very thorough! He went over and over the areas that needed to be cleaned. They seem to know exactly where the biggest problems were and how to treat them. Most of the stains came up and the odor that was in the house when we moved in is no longer there. They added years to my carpet. I don’t feel the impediment need to replace it anymore.

Your representative was phenomenal. The quality of work he performed was exceptional. Again. Thank you to everyone. Again.

My carpet is 15+ years old with moderate wear, mainly in the traffic areas. Zerorez cleaned up the dirty areas and made them look like near new. The serviceman was personable, and efficient. I'll be calling in the future for other areas of my home, and for my mother's apartment.

I've never seen harder workers! John was polite and efficient. He took the time to explain that the spots on my carpet were from my cleaning and not getting all the detergent out, so these spots attracted more dirt. My carpets have never looked better! Solutions work great and reps do a excellent job of applying and getting the residue out so they dry quick. Also Had 7 area/oriental rugs done in place on solid wood floors and the results were very impressive.

The service I received was professional, friendly and reasonably priced due to the upholstery sale that was offered. The technician was skilled, conscientious and considerate of my requests. I had carpeting, area rugs and upholstered furniture cleaned so he was here for four hours. I give my tech, Jacob, and the company high marks. The only aspect of the job that I haven't been able to evaluate is whether or not the process had any deodorizing benefits. I will definitely use ZeroRez again and recommend them to others.
