Adam showed up on time, was polite and friendly, worked efficiently and did a great job on the carpets. My only complaint is that I got the pet treatment, and I can still smell the problem area. It's not bad, unless you're sitting on the floor, but it's not much better than it was before. That was disappointing.
Other than that, I was very satisfied.

I was so impressed with Riley and John. The arrival window was from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Riley called a little after 9:30 AM and they arrived right at 10:00. They were so polite and efficient--in less than an hour they were done--and the carpet looks great. They even cleaned a couple of trouble spots. This is my second time to use Zerorez and I will do so in the future.

It was very easy to schedule a time for Zerorez to clean my carpets.
The man who cleaned my carpets was very professional. He explained the cleaning process to me and how much it would cost. He did an excellent job, even getting out a stain that had been impossible to remove.
Excwllent service and a great job! We had our entire house cleaned and are very satisfied!

My 20 year old carpet looks dang good now it’s clean. Sure I can see some wear and tear but just let me say it still looks good.
your 2 workers called before arriving, polite and friendly, explained what they were going to do, and as soon as they entered the house had put on protective footwear.
They went right to prepping the carpet. Started when the solvents were ready.
Technicians are always on time to the scheduled appointment. Technicians are always informative about what the job entails and the cost involved. Technicians are always respectful and have great manners.
