I like knowing that there is no soap residue left in my carpet to attract future dirt. I also appreciate the technician being knowledgeable about pet stains and odors, the differences in the products they offer regarding such, and not trying to up-sell to treatments I do not need.

Service person very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and willingly answered all questions. Carpets were left damp, but not wet, and when dry looked amazing. Carpet is 15 years old, had some pet stains in addition to traffic patterns. In addition, it is a very light tan. Was very surprised it looked so good!

It was easy to set up appt online. Had good communication from the company that they received my reservation and could accommodate my request for day and time of cleaning. Carpets look great, all stains gone.

No chemicals - professional - clean carpet

Adam did a fantastic job on our carpet! The dry time was much faster than other companies. Also, Adam was able to get out stains that other companies were not able to get out. My only complaint would be that there is discolouration/staining on our driveway where the truck was located.
