Adam was our technician. He call prior to arriving which was in the 1st part of our window. Adam was very professional & polite. When I told him I wanted to add 3 rooms, he checked to see if there was a special. Doing so saved us money. Work was done very quickly. Our carpets look almost new. Would highly recommend Zerorez. We plan on using them after our move to Arizona.

first time to use very pleased with work. did a very good job I have used other carpet company's that used the buffing machines. after they have left the carpet looks as bad as it did before they cleaned it. I will for sure use this company again. they also did a good job on removing the pet stain from the carpet from my dog.

This is my first experience with ZEROREZ CARPET cleaning company. The result is remarkable. One least used area is back to its original color, as was told it would. I added service to another adjacent small area which showed the major difference of cleaned and not cleaned areas. This is the original carpet installed when we built. Minimum once a year I have used one company. The outcome is obvious. There is NO chemical odor as was always the case. A pleasant citrus scent was left, a nice mild scent. No chemicals were used. This is a totally green product/company. Try it!
