I must share with you about the terrible stain on my dinning room carpeting. I truly believed would never be resolved because I really didn't know what it was. It looked like a combination of various foods mixed with dirt. Of course, nobody did it therefore it could not be identified. John got it out said it really wasn't that hard and the carpet looked like new. Also, he gave us a bottle of your formula for touch ups and a micro cloth. The service was FANTASTIC! Our carpets are super old and have A LOT of wear and tear! The cleaning that our guy did was AMAZING!
