I like that Lake Mary has a theater usually I go to Winter Park but I do think it needs a little bit of renovation. The theater has a popcorn stand heading toward auditorium 4 and it’s no longer in use. It’d be nice to see it modernized it’s in Heathrow but the staff I came across was pleasant and it being local to me I will still go sometimes.
The staff is always friendly when they assist in any matter or questions. Grabbing tickets, concessions, and direction to theater location from the staff were so professional and easy. The drink area, where it is self serve, was very clean and well maintained along with the viewing area for the movie. I am a big fan of this theater but haven't been back since the pandemic ended. It was wonderful getting back to where I believe the best movie experience is on that silver screen. Thank you Santikos for maintaining such a high standard and reigniting a long time passion for the ultimate movie experience.

Its always a good experience, from the ticket purchase to the concession area, the place is clean and the service is minimal since the establishment has digital screens for buying tickets and food.

We're a military family which means we experience a lot of out of pocket expenses (in the thousands) every time we have to move for a new duty station (2-3 years). We so appreciate your $5 military day! Thank you for saving us money while we still get to experience a clean and comfortable movie going experience!

It was super easy to pre purchase tickets, and simply show emailed receipt to ticket taker to go in. The highlight to me was being able to select where we sat when we purchased the tickets (pretty awesome). And the seats were so snuggly and comfy. It was like watching the movie at home. My only not so good experience was that the volume was excessively loud, but it could just be me. Next time I'll take a headset to help bring down the sound some. Overall, amazing experience, super clean theater, the popcorn on point and I am grateful for the Tuesday special as my pockets do not jingle in coins as much as they use to. Thank you for all your hard work.
