Big screen and comfy seats.
This place was really convenient for us. It was about 5 minutes from our resort. The place was very clean and organized. They just need to make sure they have plenty of people at their designated areas, such as the concessions during busy hours.
My family frequents Casa Blanca monthly. We had a fantastic experience last night at F1. Great movie, great reclining seats, great snacks! Last week the movie theater was warm for Elio, and Zachary Rhiger offered us complementary tickets to make up for the unfavorable temperatures. Zachary provided exceptional customer service. He responded quickly to my emails and greeted my family when we arrived. Last night the theater was so cool the boys bought two blankets! Thanks again, Zachary! See you next week.
We found the theater clean, well stocked, the staff friendly and professional. We were very happy but wish there was a senior citizen discount.

I like that if can use my points on food. I like to get there early to pu have my tickets to fund good seats. The location is very convenient.
Customer service was and is excellent as usual. The loyalty program is great. Management assisted our family with some questions and they were professional.

This was the best birthday party I’ve ever hosted. The pricing was reasonable, the party package was perfect! Sasha, our party host was so sweet and helpful. Marissa gave all the information I needed and made sure I understood what was included and what the rules are.
My guests had an amazing time.The kids loved having the private theater, they had a blast in the arcade, and they loved the movie. The parents loved that they were able to sit back and relax in the dark and not have to chase after their kid for 2-3 hours. Some of the parents napped and others loved the movie. But ALL of them asked me about booking parties at Santikos. I think you might get more bookings soon😂 I found the whole process to be so easy and stress-free. My family even talked about booking again in the fall just for fun. Thanks so much to the staff, we had a great time.

Had a power outage and an emergency was announced causing us to hastily exit the back doors in a torrential downpour. Are there rain checks or refunds offered when the movie still has an hour to play? This was at the Grand in Winston Salem, NC, 6-29-25 at 6:00pm.
Love going to this theatre because its close to my home and there's great food to eat around the theatre as well as at the theatre. Good prices and never crowded .

Overall experience
Self serve popcorn, self serve beverages. Clean and comfortable. And I just enjoy the theater experience. The inly thing I don’t like is that Santikos does not take cash anymore.

We had to exit by emergency exits half way thru Sundays 4:15 showing of Mission Impossible into pouring rain. It was very frightning!
