Always clean, the sound in the theater is always loud and clear. The screen lighting is perfect. Bathroom is clean. My pretzel was a little burned but decent. Popcorn was fresh. Just wish they would have sold the scream 7 cups with proof of ticket purchase. I went at the first showing and they where already sold out.

I'm not a big movie-goer but when I do, my movies are viewed at The Grand Conroe. Thank you to each of the employees. They were all respectful, nice, and had great attitudes.

It was an easy check out. Really liked not having to 'sign up', checked out as 'guest, since I rarely go to movies. But seeing Elvis on IMAX was awesome....but the showtimes were very limited & the run was too short. However, that may beyond the theater's control. I really appreciate the manager's extra efforts being able to bring 'EPIC' to our town on IMAX.
i go the movies often and haven’t had any problems so far i usually go after work so i just buy a ticket using the app and walk in with no problems i haven’t been able to catch one of the mystery Monday showings due to work but i definitely want to i like the idea of it
