Clean everywhere, service was prompt and professional, sound was okay, auditorium was in good condition (clean, seats were well maintained, sound was good, projection was clear). Snacks were good. I would like ice cream options also.

I love the theatre and visit quite often. The people are nice and the food is expensive. However there are 2 things I would like to bring up.
1.Some of the most popular seats are torn
2. Theatre 9. The screen has some light colored very visible squarish markings on it when the movie is playing. It is very noticeable and quite distracting during darker parts of a movie, which takes away from the movie experience, like the Conjuring. It is located in the middle left of the screen. I've experienced the squares in several movies that I've seen in theatre 9. I hope this can be fixed so we can have a fulfilling movie experience.

I love the reclining seats, the drink coolers, the arcade prices aren’t unreasonable, and the staff is always so kind. I haven’t dealt with the place being dirty whether it’s in the theatre, arcade, bar area, etc. so the cleanliness gets a 10 as well.
I am disabled and I had a friend buy me tickets to watch the conjuring. The seats were really high up. Thankfully, the manager on duty was able to help me explain I cannot be walking up and downstairs and he was able to change my seats so I was closer Did not have to use too many stairs. Thank you

Not worth the money.
The Customer service and the seats in the Grand are the best in El Paso. My girlfriend and I do the movies a lot. We have been to all the different theatres in El Paso. We always choose the Grand first if the movie we want to see is showing. The associates are always professional and courteous to us. The popcorn is always fresh (I always get the BIG container). If you want a genuine theatre experience, go to the Grand. It is well worth the money.
