Employees are always friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is the bathrooms have been really dirty, floors wet, toilets look dirty. Sinks wet and messy.
Also notice the carpets outside of theatres have a lot of dirty spots. Need a good cleaning.
Hate to see the place go downhill, we are regulars to new Braunfels Santikos.

We had my son’s 9th birthday party here. It was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door to the minute we walked out, it was like a VIP experience. We even had an issue with the movie stopping in the middle of the feature and they quickly took care of the issue. Will definitely consider other parties here in the future.

It was a really awesome way to celebrate a birthday party with friends and family . We are going to continue to schedule future events like this . We loved the idea of having parties here at the Mayan movies in the future.
We choose this movie theater over Birkdale every time. The seats are amazing! The popcorn is great! We love coming here to watch movies.
