Customer service and great popcorn
Northwest theater manager was very rude. I walked in and asked her how is she doing and how her day was and I was just ignored. Even her employees were surprised on how she was acting.
I enjoy the easy to use app. Never have any issues when purchasing my tickets online. Every cashier I've met at the concession counter has been extremely kind and friendly. I love being able to use my points for snack/tickets. The popcorn is always fresh, I love refilling my tub after the movie and taking extra home to snack on. The seats are amazing! I never go to any other theater but Santikos!

There are very few employees on duty the times I have visited recently. The main theater lights were left on during the start of the movie on my last visit. However, the seats are comfortable and the theater is close to my residence.
The reclining chairs are very comfortable and there’s personal customer service at concessions.
Everything was efficient from going online to purchase tickets to getting snacks and prices were decent!
I would like a more accurate depiction of the theater seating layout. It appeared online that my seat one off to the side and it wasn’t truly like that in person. The seating was in a simple row.

The seating is very comfortable at the New Braunfels location. The game area and concession stand is very clean but the bathrooms are always dirty and poorly lit.

I did like the new layout for concessions, even with it being more self automated it felt new. It was a nice, clean and quiet experience.
I enjoyed how clean, comfortable, and well-organized the Santikos experience was. The staff was welcoming, the seating was very comfortable, and the theater environment made the entire visit relaxing and enjoyable. The sound and picture quality were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made the outing feel special.
Theatre entrance-clean, organized. Staff friendly and greeted us. Concession staff friendly and helpful. Prices are insanely ridiculous. Next time I will take snacks bc I cannot afford these prices on a senior retirement income.
