The technician cleaned a room twice to make sure all the sticky residue from 3 months of plastic over the carpet was removed. I appreciated how he invited me to check the carpet and made sure we were both satisfied with the results. I thought he was thorough and professional.

Very prompt. Only charged $25 per room for carpet cleaning Carpets look great. Tile cleaning is a lot more expensive. The tile looks cleaner but, I would probably not use them for whole house tile cleaning.

Easy to book, staff are friendly, professional and carpets come out great. This is the 3rd time I have used them.
Carpets are still wet today. You said cleaner would be here 2-4. Waited all that time, moved furniture etc. ridiculous!! Cancelled as we waited 2 hrs!!

Josh was consideratet and careful to not leave any residue on the floor and even tho the carptets and upholstery were quite wet....they dried without any "crusty feeling" and no odor of chemicals whatsoever. I have used your company before and always been happy....I think Josh went the extra mile in being cautious not to damage any surroundings and was very pleasant to deal with!
Winston the dog was happy for the attention he shared with him as well.

Technician showed up as scheduled. Explained what he would be doing. Did his thing and the whole process took maybe an hour and a half.
