This is the only company I use to clean my carpets. My carpets looking wonderful. The stuborn dirt is gone. Good friendly service. Their process does not leave my carpets really wet. Making them easy to dry.

Your process did not get the dirt out of my carpet. I asked your technician about the dark spots. He said that was wear and tear not dirt. Once the carpet was dry I used some carpet cleaner and a damp rag and removed the spots. I sent pictures in response to your text asking for a review.

I like that they were willing to work with me on dates and times, able to come on time or even a little before! I like that the cleaning solution is clean and friendly- I love the way my floors look after they’ve been cleaned!

The tech was pretty inexperienced, and the grout was left pretty patchy.
Your products and services are great. This time around the tech got our stairs a little to moist. We put our fan on them but they still took a little bit more than 24 hours to dry. Other than that, everything was great.

Rug dries quickly ready to walk on. There is no nasty smell. Job is done quickly.
Our tech forgot to seal our floor and had to come back and redo. This meant moving our furniture again and re arranging our schedule. The floors turned out ok, but I did expect them to look better than they do. I’ve loved your carpet cleaning, but not so much for the tile floor.

We love our carpets after you clean them. The process uses no chemicals so is pet friendly and the carpets do not attract dirt or spots. We have always used zerorez and been very happy. We wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you for your professional service and personal.
