I wish that some of the areas had been pretreated a little more. Some of the pathways are still pretty evident, but maybe they are impossible to get clean. Also, one of the area rugs I asked him to clean he forgot to do and I didn't catch it until after he left, so one of the rugs was missed. I think it was charged but not cleaned. It was never wet and doesn't look like it was cleaned. Otherwise, he did a good job. I do appreciate that there is not a sticky stiff residue left on my carpets and that they feel soft and clean.

We love our carpets after you clean them. The process uses no chemicals so is pet friendly and the carpets do not attract dirt or spots. We have always used zerorez and been very happy. We wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you for your professional service and personal.

Your process did not get the dirt out of my carpet. I asked your technician about the dark spots. He said that was wear and tear not dirt. Once the carpet was dry I used some carpet cleaner and a damp rag and removed the spots. I sent pictures in response to your text asking for a review.

Sebastian did a great job of getting out a large, dark stain. He also took out so much of the moisture that our carpet did not buckle at all.

I like that they were willing to work with me on dates and times, able to come on time or even a little before! I like that the cleaning solution is clean and friendly- I love the way my floors look after they’ve been cleaned!
very clean... no chemical oder , The gentleman that did our cleaning... Very professional. Was in and out within an hour... Will call again when we need carpets done again...
The tech was pretty inexperienced, and the grout was left pretty patchy.
Your products and services are great. This time around the tech got our stairs a little to moist. We put our fan on them but they still took a little bit more than 24 hours to dry. Other than that, everything was great.

I do not remember the name of the person who cleaned my carpets, but he certainly did a very good job, especially on the areas where they really needed cleaning, it took quite a long time for them to dry, but are looking very nice now. I like your product, as it cleans well and does not leave any residue.... My thanks for your product, and especially to the man who did such a great job.
