I would love for the technician to have worn booties and been more consistent with his mask. I was frustrated that he was tracking dirt though my house as he cleaned the carpets. I definitely think it booties over shoes needs to be common practice. Also, I was not aware that the “cleaner” would have such a strong chemical smell, as I’m very sensitive to fragrance and ended up sick from the smell. I had thought it was just alkaline water but would like to know more about what was used to clean the carpets.
Everything look, feels and smells so clean. ZeroRez got a stain out of our carpet that no other cleaner had been able. Your employees seem so knowledgeable and are respectful.

Ian was very professional and knowledgeable during his visit to our home. Even in the high- traffic areas the carpet looks fantastic after the cleaning process was completed. He was able to remove a grease-type stain that we could not get out after several attempts. There was no residue left on the carpeting and it dried in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend your services to anyone!
The person that came was very friendly and did a good job. After everything was dry I did notice that some stains were still there and there was still sap in the carpet from our christmas tree. I did not remember to tell him about it and to treat it. Sorry

Low residue
The tech took time to show me the problem areas in my home and discussed treatment with me. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable about what he did.
Only cleaned 2 rooms and didn’t have him clean the Kitchen tile because he wanted another 142.00. Couldn’t clean our vinyl tile because didn’t have right machine[Really}. Paid 110.00 for 30 min work. Rip off. We were told our Kitchen could be the third room. Lied too. Will let all 243 homes in our sub division not to use your service. It took over 14 hours for our carpet to dry when we’re told 2 hours. Carpet man very dishonest.
