Only cleaned 2 rooms and didn’t have him clean the Kitchen tile because he wanted another 142.00. Couldn’t clean our vinyl tile because didn’t have right machine[Really}. Paid 110.00 for 30 min work. Rip off. We were told our Kitchen could be the third room. Lied too. Will let all 243 homes in our sub division not to use your service. It took over 14 hours for our carpet to dry when we’re told 2 hours. Carpet man very dishonest.

The representative from Zerorez was friendly and courteous. I could tell that he took pride in his work. He did a great job on our carpets and he explained the process about the way Zerorez works to get carpets clean without using or leaving harsh chemicals behind.
Call ahead and let us know when you will arrive. Explain ahead of time that you may not be able to get the grout clean. Be sure and clean all the residue off the tile.

We were very impressed with the service technician. I believe that his name was Ian. We were impressed with his professionalism and honesty. His machine accidently tipped over and put a small dent in our wall. He brought that to our attention and told us he had reported this to the company. He did not have to do this because we may have not noticed it.

The back room that he work done the carpet and the room has hardly been used only the last six months and you can still see where the bed sits I feel like it should been clean better he told me that he got the stain out where the dog had gone party I didn’t think he could get it out but he told me he had but it still there. There’s really nothing that you can do as your product doesn’t clean as well as I thought it would thank you

For the most part, I love the idea of making something clean without putting a lot of chemicals in the carpet.
Brayden did and excellent job. I have three dogs. Two are puppies we are potty training. My carpets were bad with urine stains and smells. Brayden came in, was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get my carpets cleaned. My carpets are so clean and smell so fresh. This is the second time I have used Zero Rez. I will definitely use them again.
