Ian was on time according to his pre-notice of when he would be there. He did an excellent job and was very careful, cleaned the rooms in an orderly manner and my carpet was cleaned very well. There was no chemical smell, which I appreciate and the carpet dried in sufficient time for me to move all the furniture back into place and get on with my life and being able to look at nice clean carpet.

We had some area rugs cleaned and traffic areas in two wall to wall carpeted rooms. The first time we used you last year, we were happy with the result. Now, the rugs and carpets look clean, but your technician left water puddles and dirty footprints on our wood floors. I don't know how to make things right unless maybe you refund a portion of my bill . . . ?

A very positive experience for us. Josh Jones did a fantastic job. The carpets were very soft to the touch when dried with no dirt-absorbing chemicals left behind to attract and hold soils.
