Some spots and soiled areas did not get clean. The rugs were much lighter and nice looking, but not spotless.

This is the first time our carpets have been professionally cleaned. Before, I've rented a carpet machine to do the work myself, so I don't have a way to compare Zerorez with other professional cleaning services. However, I'm very satisfied with the results. The young man who cleaned was friendly but professional, going out of his way several times to insure that some particularly difficult areas were cleaned well. I felt the cost was reasonable. And it's nice to have carpets that look much better. Thanks.

I am very pleased with the end-result. The carpet came out very clean and fresh smelling. This is probably the most thorough carpet cleaning I have had. It looks like new. Plan on a good 24 hours for the carpet to fully dry.

My service technician was a le to get the dog urine out of the carpet and treated the carpet so when they have accidents again it's harder to soak in. He was very thorough and went over it several times.
Several dirt spots showed after carpets were cleaned. Your Tech came back & recleaned the 2 rooms without any charge & CHEARFULLY. Thank you

Our tech forgot to seal our floor and had to come back and redo. This meant moving our furniture again and re arranging our schedule. The floors turned out ok, but I did expect them to look better than they do. I’ve loved your carpet cleaning, but not so much for the tile floor.
