The carpet was wet quite a bit longer than I expected it would be. Carpet was cleaned at 2:00 p.m. and some areas were still wet at 11:00 p.m. I was pleased with the service other than that.

We had our tile and grout cleaned. The technicians were on-time, cordial, efficient, careful and did a thorough job. We had a large area {kitchen, dining, large entryway, hallways, and bathrooms, They were finished in a little over two hours. We were pleased with their service.
