It’s is such a fantastic environment. My experience in the gym is always surrounded by good positive energy. The staff members are so nice and make sure members in the gym are happy.
Club 24 has friendly staff, always willing to help. Very clean. I love that I have 24 access. The trainers are amazing as well!

The folks up front are pleasure to deal with. I always have questions and they are quick to provide.
I love the equipment, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff! My kids love the kids center and I feel safe leaving them there while I work out.
The one thing I would love to see is updated kids club hours.. I think us moms would benefit from a 9am start time with a 12pm or 1pm finish to make it easier and less stressful to get there. Adding on fridays would also be ideal!

- Amazing staff; helpful and friendly
- Great equipment and love the fact that you have added more machine recently (ab machines in particular)
- The porters keep the gym nice and clean!

Love the gym, swimming pool and the hot tub and the desert heat.
Fitness Factory offers a wide range of workout equipment. Facility is always clean and the Bathrooms and changing area are well maintained. The staff is always polite, courteous, and professional. I am fortunate to have this facility to workout at.
