Very friendly and helpful
My time with trainer Darrin Hughley laid the groundwork for my understanding of how to get the best results for my time in the gym. I have followed that pattern and kept improving my health. I find the gym to be clean and friendly and a pleasant place to work out (and I have always hated to work out)
The club is friendly, clean and accessible.
Nice equipment with a good layout. Staff is friendly and helpful. When my grandkids were here for Thanksgiving they loved it. My only criticism is the custodial service could be better especially in the shower area. The gym is relatively new. Keeping it that way goes a long way.

The facility is very modern lots of exercise machines the locker room was very nice the exercise class I took was equipped with up to date exercise equipment enjoyed spending my time there.

I like the pools but the lap pool is too cold. I like the silver sneakers class and love the chair yoga with nadine. I like the uplift and shine class but it is very hard to follow. too fast.i try to keep up. Dobb at the front counter is very friendly.
