great classes, friendly, terrific trainers/class instructors
Note - more 5 pound weights needed for weight classes*** thank you
Classes, instructors and the people in my exercise strength training class.
clean facilities and nice atmosphere
Staff is very friendly. Gym is convenient; good hours. Variety of equipment
Locker room clean, locker room staff keeps its very clean and maintained perfectly.
The floor area is My only concern. The problem I experience is that the floor area is too congested. Now some of the workout equipment is located where to use some of the weights and bars your restricted on the amount of room you have. Bottom line the floor exercise is too small. MY opinion.
The temperature is also warm and I feel no air movement at all. Especially in the spin room!
With that said… the weights and machines are second to none. Love how the up stairs is laid out. It makes you want to work out. It’s just a great place to get fit. The entire second floor is designed for health and wellness…
Friendly Staff. For the most part, wait for the equipment use is good.
It’s a no frills gym. Enough machines for everyone. Clean. Great for the price. I also very much enjoy the classes open to all members (not the SGT). Please consider adding HIIT and Tabata for those of us really needing a difficult class- after 5:30pm.
Good equipment, friendly staff and clean surroundings
The Fitness Factory New Providence is my home gym and I love it. It is clean and the people there are very thoughtful and nice. It is very clean and the gentleman that cleans the locker rooms and weights and equipment does an excellent job. I never wait for the bike or equipment and it is overall a really nice gym for me. I also maintain an annual black membership to Planet Fitness but for me Fitness Factory is better and my preference.
I enjoy having a place to go to keep this old body moving. People are very kind and staff very helpful.
