The facility if amazing, staff is so helpful and friendly and there are a variety of classes. First name removed's equipment orientation answered all our questions and she geared a weights routine to our individual needs.
The gym has everything you could possibly need to get a good work out in. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. Plus, the facility is always super clean, which I really appreciate.
Plus, as a solo female, I always feel safe when I am there. That is a HUGE bonus.

Opportunity to play pickleball. Yoga and body pump classes
People are friendly and helpful. Facility is well equipped and always very clean considering how many people use it. Trainers are top notch.
Women's area is nice. Lots of equipment in the main gym.

It's clean and staff is always there to assist if needed. My only suggestion is to have plenty of rollers since there are barely any and there is always few people who are looking for one. I have not seen more than 2-3 rollers and that's not enough.

Staff are super friendly
Love the water aerobics classes. Times are very accommodating. Instructors are all great, and each class is a little bit different. The locker rooms are clean and constantly being mopped up by maintenance. Front staff is very friendly.

Great staff! Very clean and perks with childcare being available. The only thing I wish was different was the stair masters not facing a wall but overall everything is great.
