The cleanliness of the gym is the major draw for me. Sadly, though, much of the entertainment equipment (i.e. televisions on equipment) are broken and an irritant.

The friendless of the administracion
Fitness Factory is always on top on cleanness and equipment maintenance. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a sign suggesting that cell phones tripods is not blocking walking areas for other patrons at the gym.

Great Trainers, variety of classes.
The vibe at novi PH is perfect for me. Its a bit edgie yet the staff has created an inviting and warm environment for all types of people. I love the fact that there are muscle to see for motivation and the rehab people for inspiration as well. AND of all ages. The staff is especially nice, they all say hello and are encouraging. PH is my home away from home so the little things are important to me. Im a bit bummed the trainers are dysplaced at the moment. I am hoping they will again be front and center (or off to the side) as they were since having them as go to professionals is important for me. A few things I'd like to see 1. more kettlebells that are in the 18 and 20 pound range, I love if they offered coffee at the foodie area, I'd love paper towel in the bathroom near the front. The place is so nicely clean and happy. Thank you for making a healthy place to be.
