Enough equipment so I never have to wait for a machine or weights. Employees friendly, willing to help, but not pushy. Area very clean.
What I like about fitness as my first experience having a personal training was great. he knows what he’s talking about and I make difference in my body. I really miss to have one, but unfortunately, I can afford it anymore but everything that I learned from him, l it was amazing and I was very happy.

quality of equipment
Its big and has lots of machines except smells in fhe evenings. Also temperature needs to be a little cooler, summers can be too hot when the sun is blazing inside through the giant windows in the morning
My trainer Nickoli is fantastic. I feel better and have lost weight. The associates at the front desk are are friendly and always greet me. The gym and locker rooms are very clean.
