I’m very happy being a member of The Fitness Factory & hope to attend additional classes & familiarize myself with the exercise equipment on the floor. I just wish you excepted Silver Sneakers, like the Rockaway location does.

Love the staff, love the equipment, the space is clean and people are respectful. The staff is responsive to requests and engages with every member which is really nice! I love this gym. I wish the WIFI was better and that the wipes were regularly refilled as it often takes a while of walking around to find one that is not empty.
I like it because the machines are all maintained in top order and suffer no abuse.

This location is clean, spacious, well-lit, inviting and well maintained. I like the open spaces where I can craft my own workouts, or stick to machines and never have to wait. This is a great location to continue my health and workout journey!
People at the desk, great smoothies, personal trainers are the best, equipment and layout superb. The locker room very easy to use. Friendly atmosphere.

I really like the Fitness Factory location in Yonkers because it has a clean, spacious layout and a great variety of equipment for any type of workout. The gym has an energetic vibe without feeling overcrowded, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s convenient, well-maintained, and has everything I need to stay consistent with my fitness goals.

Always friendly and ready to help staff. Facility is always clean and that includes the locker room and rest room, showers. The one issue left to complete is improve is the parking area. As a senior with winter setting in It is getting increasingly difficult to navigate.
Great gym
Great selection of equipment and free-weights. A second floor of more or the same in case the downstairs gets crowded. It's never been crowded to the point I can't workout. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Fitness Factory has great equipment, it's clean, and it isn't over crowded. It's terrific.
Able to go to gym 24 hrs any day.
