Its a place I enjoy because it relieves various health issues with my back. I do many activities and the gym is the only one that does not leave me in pure agony. I feel fully charged and ready to take on the world upon leaving.

The shower heads in the mans locker room were replaced and that is nice. I would like to see the shaving materials and deodorant at the sinks. The equipment was updated which is nice.

The classes are the best
Facility is well laid out; clean and pretty quiet (no BOOMs when people drop the free weights). I like the locker room (also clean) as well as the option of a women's only area to workout. Brightly lit without being too bright. Personal Trainers are available for hire as well.

Everything, but really like that it is close to where I live, smaller and easier to access equipment then having to walk all over the building and to different areas. Overall, everything is great.
