The facility is clean and modern and the staff members are friendly.
I love the location and appreciate the variety of machines and equipment that’s available. I am still fairly new to this gym but compared to others I’ve gone to , I feel you get quite a bit for the price you pay for a membership. I feel like it’s the best bang for your buck compared to other gym memberships that I’ve had in the past.
IT, S is conveniently located near MY HOME, AND THE FACILITY IS KEPT CLEAN TO MY satisfaction, AND THE staff is friendly.

But the gym in Northville needs proper cleaning routine
Especially in between machines .
, Also, A white towel stayed in the same place for 5 days , on the aluminium shelves behind the treadmills , I personally brought it to the front desk .
It means that cleaning is not picking up after members are long gone.
The hours: 24/7 is a good idea. I don't need to rush or worry that you may be closed.

I love the environment. The members to the staff, everyone is so friendly and outgoing. The equipment is amazing and they just keep expanding the gym without charging more.

Variety, well maintained equipment, fairly clean
actually i have not been there much this year but when i arrived to see if my membership was still active i was greeted by a friendly smile and he helped me to check my membership and let me check out the remodeling at that novi, michigan outlet. i will be back to use the membership as i did not feel like i should not be there. i was there 12/3 so whomever he was thank you!
Staff is cool, equipment works well and is repaired quickly if it goes down, gym is clean.

I have one issue ... I pay $10/month for the towel service... I need two towels when I swim ...so I find the one towel only policy unacceptable
