I’ve said a couple of times before-=Linda’s classes fit my needs plus she gives great directions for form and modifications.
The ladies locker room is always very well maintained.
Suggestions- we need new mats in the studio. I bring my own, but some that the club offers have big bites taken out of them.
Also, maybe a “ no shoes” sign would be more effective INSIDE the sauna- not everyone reads the signage outside .

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Fitness Factory Holmdel. It’s large and spread out, newer, high-quality equipment and they’re always adding new pieces. The staff is terrific. Always a steady flow of people, but never overcrowded.

I like that you feel comfortable doing your exercise and noone makes you feel uncomfortable. Staff are always willing to help . And I love this Gym .

The gym is clean, staff is very friendly, spacious so you don’t feel like everyone is on top of each other, and lots of equipment for options if you are waiting for something specific.

I love Fitness Factory. They have many machines, it’s a chill environment. Everyone is hardworking and nice. No one judges but will help you with your form or workouts if you ask. I like the turf area. They have a lot of equipment for power based training. I got more stronger with my legs because of fitness factory.

Friendly staff, positive community environment. I think the price is reasonable and I like the month-to-month option. Alex, at the front desk is who sold me on my membership. He is so enthusiastic and positive. I believe he is only there on Fridays now, but he still greets me with enthusiasm and takes an interest in me and my workout routine.
Plenty of space and machines. Pool is a good temperature, not too warm.
