Member Testimonials
I like the classes very much! I have been motivated to go to the gym almost every day because of the great classes.
I have been training with Paula for over a year as I work toward my fitness goals, and the experience has been incredibly steadying and motivating. She takes the time to truly listen to my needs, understand my body, and adapt each session accordingly. Paula thoughtfully prepares exercise plans that feel engaging and balanced, often with a flow and rhythm that makes the workout enjoyable rather than exhausting. She also customizes exercises based on how I’m feeling on a given day, which has helped me stay consistent and injury-free. Her attention, care, and adaptability have made a meaningful difference in my fitness journey.

Flexiblity.
Friendly staff, clean facilty, great location for me.
Julissa is experienced, accommodating, and patient. It has been a while since I'd been at the gym. I started with her post-cardiac rehab. She knows how to bring out the best in someone who is rebuilding her strength and health. My sense of her is she has the knowledge to tailor exercises to the needs of the client.
Anyone who works with her is fortunate. And if my finances allowed me to, I would happily continue working with her.
I like my classes with Afsoon. She is the best.
Everything is clean and the people are very helpful.
Great location, hours, staff and equipment.
Clean, small, not usually crowded, and not expensive.
I like the 24/7 access, and I like that there are multiple of the most-commonly used pieces of equipment
I like the equipment and my Strength Training class most of all. I wish I would take the time to use the sauna sometime. ☺️
Very friendly and helpful
My time with trainer Darrin Hughley laid the groundwork for my understanding of how to get the best results for my time in the gym. I have followed that pattern and kept improving my health. I find the gym to be clean and friendly and a pleasant place to work out (and I have always hated to work out)
Good classes and polite staff and services. Great facility with a variety of amenities and equipment. An indoor basket ball and pool are a plus!
