The staff is awesome and the variety of workout stations is very appreciated. The stretching clinic was very valuable although a private setting would be better. On the downside please remove the restricted flow shower heads in 2 of the men’s showers. Takes more water trying to rinse off compared to the old heads.
very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. i wish the gym opened earlier on the weekends (6am instead of 7) because of my work hours. i would love to go more frequently

Spinning with Jami and training with Wade. But please update your website. The trainer profiles are so outdated. I recommended Ashton to a friend and she didn’t contact him because he was not listed as a trainer.
The club is always clean, staff is friendly and equipment is up to date.
