The staff is very friendly and inviting. I spent 35 years working in the fitness industry. I have seen a decline in club culture in gyms that I joined. So far, I am very happy. The guy that works In the morning Mon-Fri is an asset to your gym. Deb is great!!

The newtown facility is terrible compared to new Milford. You should be ashamed by disparity.

Variety of choices for cardio and weight - lifting. Very clean premises - this is an important feature.
Couple of suggestions -
Please train all staff how to change channels on TVs, not all of them are familiar.
Some of the old tread mills are flawed in speed.
Lastly, for members who have been there for years, may be some discount?

Great gym, very satisfied there.
I appreciate the PEAK facility but for me it’s the people that make the experience! From the moment I walk in and am greeted by Dodds to the Jens-Brown and Newmack, Nadine, Jamie, Carly and the fabulous subs like Kristin and Courtney, I appreciate the instructors.
The gym is alway clean, there is always wipes available to wipe the machines down. The front desk is friendly. i enjoy the classes and the festive vibes during the holidays right now.
Need to change up the in house music. It's not a club. Constant club music..

My hope is that when the gym is expanded that an area for personal exercise is included. The area by the men locker room is much too small! Clean locker areas could be better and I realize that considerable use makes it more difficult. I have been here since day 1 and appreciate the new improvements. Thanks….
