Always clean and equipment is kept up well
I like the equipment, the lockeroom, overall setup, layout and vibe. It is clean. Some of the Arsenal machines are especially nice such as the fly. It feels better to use than the typical matrix stuff at other locations. The sauna was nice and hot. The treadmills were in good shape.
I love everything! Can you move a stair stepper into the movie room?
Everything is clean and the pool is nice for lap swimming, but only 3 lanes !

You listened to my request ( and others too) and hired Christie Zumba. You also accommodated me when I made a mistake in my enrollment. The one front girl especially is awesome. I don't know her name but she is thin with auburn hair. She is very smart and friendly. An asset to your company for sure!
Convenient location. Not usually too busy. Good selection of equipment. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to several coworkers who were looking for a gym.
Front desk staff are always friendly. Enjoyed Rob's class as it was a good work out and the 430 time worked well for me.
The facility is great. I like the renovations to the lobby. The cleanliness of the gym is great and I like the old school vibe of the free weight and rig areas.

Good classes and friendly staff
A lot of great workout equipment and spacious room. Generally nice and clean lockers.
Only knock is a lot of the lockers will not lock, and there is no option to utilize an old fashioned lock on them. Sometimes technology complicates things and the old ways are simpler and more efficient.
You can have as much or as little guidance as you want.
