My trainer Jacque is the best. A great motivator and very knowledgeable. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful. The facility has a wide variety of equipment and classes to fit everyone regardless of their age and physical ability.
Great price and an endless amount of the most current weight equipment. The gym is always impeccably clean as well.

Kevin have been great with the maintenance of the jacuzzi and pool. I use early in the morning, and he has it ready at 6:30 AM.
Katie is fantastic with her Yoga classes on Monday and Wednesday morning at 6:00 AM. She is always on time and gets a sub when she can't make it.
