Friendly, large gym with plenty of equipment

For the price - great gym and great equipment. Lockers could use an occasional wipe out - easy to do and needed as people put their shoes in the lockers and they are all full of dirt from the shoes.

Also, please instruct your trainers to wipe down the machines. There are trainers who don't ever wipe down the machines when they work out themselves and even worse, they don't have their clients wipe them down after they use them. If you want people to wipe down machines - why not teach them that via the trainers?

Please, change filters in water stations. Not all of them lighting green.

Great machines

You offer a wide variety of services that are consistent. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. As a new member, the app is extremely helpful and it is very user-friendly. Being an older adult. I very much enjoy the fact that more people, my age to come to this gym versus other facilities in town, which are geared mainly around the younger generations.

We need a shower remodel in Novi. And limit the number of people in the Body Pump classes

I love the group fitness classes. I appreciate the time and effort goes into scheduling, preparing for and delivering these classes. They are thoughtful about what classes are offered when and how often. The instructors always bring their energy and enthusiasm. Always a great experience.
