Staff are kind. It's a great gym for all people. Nice to see a mix of all ages and interests. Need better options of fitness classes with more available times. some 4:30 classes would be great

Flexibility and friendliness of the staff
It's a wonderful gym, some furnishings(carpet) slightly outdated/worn, but very well maintained and attention to keeping things clean and machines operational is very much appreciated. Staff is friendly, kind and polite.

Cardio/strength classes are great … esp Kristin’s! Everyone is welcoming. Never have to wait to use a machine!

Convenient, clean, friendly, scheduled pool hours.
Facility very clean and Love Yoga classes. Afsoon Berenjian is an amazing teacher and I wish her Poweflex class was taught more than once a week. I only wish you had Life guards periodically at the pool ; this is the only thing that keeps me from using the pool ( not very wise in today's world of litigation). I am not a strong swimmer and one can drown even in bathtub...
