Availability, Friendly, Clean, Helpful staff.
Although, I keep hearing how very difficult and frustrating it is to cancel one's membership. Hhhhmmmmm! I am enjoying my membership to date. Thank you.
Classes and equipment.
Need 2 things : refillable water bottle foundation and a hip thrust machine (the one where you heave to put a seatbelt on.
Friendly, always upgrading and working to keep it current.
When we registered everyone was very helpful. The facilities are exceptional and all the staff are available to answer questions.
Clean and bright. My only complaint is the volume of music . Too loud and annoying. 90% of the guests have earbuds. The music volume is so high it spoils the environment.

Very good equipment
The warm pools are very important. Also the friendliness of the staff starts the morning off on the right foot. The cleanlyness of the the facility is very important. The availably of the various exercise equipment and the variety of the equipment makes it possible to get through whatever routine you choose in a timely manner.

Everyone leaves you alone. It’s clean. Lots of machines, don’t have to wait long. Very spaced out from each other.

I like the casual atmosphere without a gym full of roid-heads or just cardio junkies. I've been to Brookfield, Newtown and mainly Wallingford, of the 3 Wlfd is most crowded and i wish to gym was bigger because it feels claustrophobic with all the machice packed in tightly. Also, i wish it had a couple more Bench press benches and a seated free-weight shrug machine.
Brookfield was the largest location with lease amount of free weights, however I LOVED the preacher curling bench there.... put that in Wlfd please.
Wlfd has a lot of damaged or older equipment maybe because its the busiest of the 3 I've too.
Overall great for a small chain gym, friendly staff and good-natured members, no hard sell or the crowds of your bigger competitors in the area.
The staff is very helpful and kind, the gym equipment is brand new and kept clean, the gym itself is always clean.

I like the club a lot. It would be nice to have more employees walk the floor and remind people to.clean their machines after use once in a while. Other than that it's well-maintained, clean and welcoming. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable.

I like how informative the staff is. I love the different classes you can take if you're not sure what you want to do. There are options. And everyone is friendly, it makes you feel welcome

I like that you have classes especially the swim classes. I like the yoga for all stages. It's clean, has a sauna and jacuzzi. And my physical therapy is there too.
