The cleanliness, the equipment, the staff, the hours. Great place to work out. I really enjoyed
I love the les mills classses! Particularly those taught by Michele F., and Stephanie N. My strength and endurance have dramatically increas ed. Their classes are engaging and fun while we are working hard. And if you are open to feedback on proper form, these 2 are particularly great at helping! Proper form prevents injury!
Amount of classes, clean facility, abundance of equipment, friendly staff
Clean, friendly, no wait for machines
Fitness Factory has all of the equipment for a great workout. Classes are taught by excellent instructors and the overall experience there is great. All ages and workout levels welcome!
I like that the staff is very friendly, the gym is clean and the way the gym is setup is perfect.. I do wish they would look at the sauna in the mens room as it seems like only one side of the coils gets hot.
Most of the equipment is good, place is clean, friendly staff
Staff is very. Friendly and the gym very clean.

The machine are very good
Returning member. Just wish that steam room would be fixed. I left in 2021 and still hasn’t been addressed.
It is a complete gym. I just wish the pool was less chlorinated.
The staff are friendly, helpful and are a joy to talk to.
I love the atmosphere, it’s a positive feeling.
I love everything about powerhouse. The la carte options. The amount of machinery, the cleanliness. Of there was a tibia machine in the novi location it would seal the deal. That is the only machine missing from novi. Northville has a tibia machine. Honestly no other gym in michigan that I have been to has the tibia machine except for northville
Good assortment of equipment. Friendly staff. Impeccably clean
I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the staff and club members
Clean facilities with a very diverse collection of equipment and amenities. Love the sauna and steam room.
Cleanliness of gym and friendliness of staff
Great atmosphere. Very clean. Staff are plenty, helpful as kind. Patrons are serious to working out. Not a social club.
