Two things could make this place perfect. Could use a couple heavier kettlebells. The ones you have do not go heavy enough. Also a pair of gymnastic rings somewhere. The room with the astro turf is great!

Staff is very helpful and polite, always a good vibe when I walk in. Gym is clean.
Lots of free weights and equipment. Open/functional environment. Continually upgrading equipment/mats/etc. Friendly/helpful staff and owners. It just plain feels good to go there and workout.
More tv people stay long
Very nice work out space. Men's locker doors need to be fixed. Doors have been broken for months. It does not represent well. Also, the broken window should have been fixed a long time ago. There seems to be money to install a history wall but not do basic maintenance. The basic maintenance is what people look for.
Everyone is friendly. Everything is clean. Lots of equipment available. Reasonable cost

Pleasant people at front desk- knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful! We are happy with our membership. The equipment is top of the line!
Only concern we have is that the bathroom sometimes has no soap and at times is out of order.

The gym is very clean. When I am there, almost always there is a cleaning person actively working. Also, I need wraps for my ankles to do kick backs and side puts. Fitness Factory has these as well as large exercise balls used for abdominal work.
Good equipment for the cost… the bumper plate /squat racks in Middletown are super nice.
