As a plus size girl I have always been anxious to go to a public gym. Since college is out for the summer where I would normally go. I thought it was time to try to go a gym closer to home and try to over come my fear. And I can say the staff have been welcoming and kind all smiles when I come in. It’s definitely a fresh air knowing I was able to go to a gym and not be judged about my size. It just made me and my confidence go up. Thank you Middletown team

World’s best Gym !!
A good mixes of classes offered at various times each day. Spacious with lots of various equipment, even has an indoor basketball court which is a bless. Many amenities or services including spa, swimming pool, locker rooms with shower, PT service, towels, cleaning wipers and paper towels, etc. Instructors for gym classes are all professional, nice and engaging.
The availability of the machine like the fact never have to wait to use any equipment

It’s an old school gym where there’s not too many cliques.
Wish it was larger but real estate doesn’t allow it. I’d really like to see the cable squat machine replaced with a plate loaded, belt squat machine. That would definitely be a popular machine.
To improve my experience at the Fitness Factory, I would appreciate it if the gym can install a clock right outside of the men's sauna. This would be a great way to track our time of use in the sauna versus bringing in our phones to high temperatures exposure or risk our phones from damaging. Thank you!
