I personally train with Alejandra and she is fantastic! I like the gym because it has all the necessary equipment. Also, front desk is always helpful.

Front desk greeting customers are always so helpful and friendly also the gym has many services to accommodate the whole family. My grandsons are visiting and love that i can take them to enjoy certain facilities. The Peak has lots to offer and very clean.

All employees are so kindly and helpfully.Specially Kevin,David and Chris.They are always smile and giving positive energy thru to everyone.

Also they are always ensure everything is clear and perfect in the clup.As like a business owner all i can say is fitness factory is the best.I would like thank you so much for this clup to the owner.They are done with amazing jobs.They did a lot of construction.Change a lot of machines.

All i can recommend, i think we deserve better lock room and shower :) Could be much better.

Also i want to specially thank you to Mr Rob as well.If we need anyting, he is always listening for all kind a matter about the clup.

Great job with the gym! It's looking the best I've seen it in a while, and I'm a lot happier these days. As you both know, I've been with the Factory since at least 2000, maybe even earlier, over at the Pal Park location, so it's been fun to watch the evolution of these gyms and the overall experience. I truly think you guys have the best value proposition in the area, and I'd say just keep going because I don't think the others can compete with you over the next five years.

By the way, could one of you give me a call when you get a moment? My son is turning out to be an absolute football beast, and his coaches want him in the gym to lift immediately. I'm running into some issues with that and would really appreciate your help before he heads to Bergen Catholic for football camp this summer!

The atmosphere is great, place is very clean. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

I love almost everything about this gym, the staff is so outgoing, friendly, and easy to get along with. I’ve only been coming to this gym for about 2 weeks and already feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s very clean, always has plenty of cleaning equipment to use for the members, the bathrooms are clean, the machines are always in working order and everything just seems to run smoothly here! Love it, the staff is fantastic, the amenities are amazing, and the vibe… immaculate !

I like the classes that are offered.
I would love to see a Yoga class added in the 5:00 p.m. time slot.

The 24/7 access to the gym is what I like best about it. Due to my schedule I need to work out very early in the morning and Club 24 allows me the flexibility I need. Also, I like that the gym has made some needed improvements in equipment in the last six months. There is still work to be done in that area, but I am glad they are heading in the right direction.

the pool area is great and addictive. I have worked out 87 times since January 1 and have walked over 49 miles in the water. Thanks for keeping the pool open.

As a plus size girl I have always been anxious to go to a public gym. Since college is out for the summer where I would normally go. I thought it was time to try to go a gym closer to home and try to over come my fear. And I can say the staff have been welcoming and kind all smiles when I come in. It’s definitely a fresh air knowing I was able to go to a gym and not be judged about my size. It just made me and my confidence go up. Thank you Middletown team
