Staff are friendly and helpful, the club is clean and well maintained, and the club has all the equipment I need. I have the Orange card and I think the price is very reasonable especially for a membership that provides me 24 hour access to multiple locations which is important to me because my schedule is busy and also varies a lot day to day and week to week.

I do not use services other than the pool which is great. If it was kept a bit warmer, it would be even better. Using it because the pool in Commerce is broken.

The facility is consistently enjoyable, with a noticeable emphasis on "Cleanliness and tidiness."
I regularly observe staff sanitizing workout machines and maintaining the women's restroom, which if greately appreciated.
The team is always welcoming and professional. They acknowledge members as they arrive and remain calm and courteous, even in challenging situations with difficult customers.
I did experience an issue when trying to redeem points for a bottle of water, as my card was charged instead. However, Ms.Eylan promptly assisted me and resolved the matter efficiently. She wa not only professional and knowledgeable but also very approachable and amiable, which made the process much easier.
On other occasion, Mr. Tyler also handled a similar issue with great professionalism.
Both Ms. Eylan and Mr. Tyler are valuable assets to the team.

The community
The staff is friendly as well as courteous, and helpful. Workout areas are spotless and in good working order, and maintained. Members are polite, but at the same time, there to get their exercises completed for the day.

Love the childcare available. Specifically the evening care. The front desk is also staffed by some pretty awesome individuals.

I absolutely love the new location in New Milford. Everything about it is tremendous. From the new machines to the overall layout to the locker rooms. I love it and it has motivated me to re-commit to being more consistent with my gym time.
