Professional and discrete staff
The staff at front desk is very friendly. Jackie is very attentive and caring who always makes sure the pressure is perfect throughout my massage session.
Connor was very skilled and professional. Not only was the massage relaxing but Connor was able to help relax my areas of concern. Ambiance was relaxing, everything was tidy, and everyone was gracious.
Katie was great at her job and was very knowledgeable about cupping which I tried for the first time.

Everyone is kind and patient. I am generally always happy with my services. Jesseiy is an amazing esthetician and she is such a guardian and advocate for my skin. I am so pleased with her services. The two points of less than positive feedback I’ve experience are:
1. Not receiving clear post peel instructions from the front desk. They handed me a kit and told me instructions were inside. I found the instructions inside and limited and slightly confusing. The first time you are getting a peel someone needs to walk you through the aftercare with much more attention.
2. I did have a massage therapist who gave an amazing massage but it was last week at your studio and she was encouraging me to come visit her at her new studio. It was really awkward and i know that is something you all really can’t control but i thought you would want to be aware that this person was trying to poach clients.
Location, is close. The facility is very clean. staff is caring and attentive to your request. Flexible scheduling.
I was greeted by Barbara who checked me in and helped me understand the business part of my massage. Lolu gave me a wonderful massage and gave me tips for at hope relief for a very sore back. I will definitely be back to see Lolu.
