Very calming and pleasant experience overall

It was my first time there and the front desk was very friendly. I had such a great experience with Kim my masseuse. I will definitely be coming back. I was relaxed and very impressed with the professionalism and Kim explained to me what she did and what she felt. Since I work out and do crossfit I was very tight. Its been a day later and I feel so great today.

The service is great and very professional. The prices are also affordable without loosing quality.

I enjoyed the full experience.

The professional and knowledgeable staff.

I always have a great massage at Elements. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's easy to make appointments, and my massage therapist is fantastic. I've been a Wellness member for a long time and it's so worth it to have regular massages. Highly recommend.

Very excellent therapists

Everything! Everyone is so nice and friendly! I feel totally comfortable with Dustin!

The entire experience was relaxing. Masseus was great, sensitive to my need to both release and relax. I treated my way-adult son to a massage with a different therapist, and he too had a great experience. We each decided go back again soon! I think I'll enroll in a membership!

Everyone at Chiro One was very friendly and professional.

Professional staff and a good overall experience.

Ireland has been excellent. Over time she has really learned my trigger points and areas that need the most emphasis. She skillfully applies the right amount of pressure to meet my needs. Her personality is one that has made me feel comfortable and cared for in each session.

Professional, polite and helpful

I had a massage at Elements Massage Arcadia on June 20, 2026, with a therapist who had a last-minute opening around 12:45 PM. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I wanted to make sure she receives recognition for the outstanding service she provided.

I've been getting massages for many years, and she had the best hand technique I've ever experienced. Her pressure, attention to detail, and ability to find and work problem areas were truly exceptional. I left feeling better than I have after any massage I can remember.

In fact, I had stopped by the location intending to cancel my membership due to budget concerns. After my session with her, I changed my mind because the experience reminded me of the value of having access to a therapist with that level of skill and professionalism.

Please pass along my sincere appreciation to the therapist who worked with me that day. She is a tremendous asset to your team, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
