The assisted stretching works wonders too. I feel relaxed and relief from my chronic pain (Fibromyalgia). Definitely recommend him!

I have used Rachel since my start at Elements. Rachel is great in asking me how my body feels, and where I want to focus. She checks in with me throughout the massage on pressure and how I am doing. She offers stretches, along with hot stones. I would highly recommend Elements along with Rachel.
