The woman at the front desk is so upbeat and just a genuinely nice person. It’s so nice to be greeted and made to feel welcome the minute you enter. I’ve been seeing Roseanna for awhile now for massages and she is the best! I always feel so relaxed after I leave.

Elements Massage in Hilliard is a very peaceful place from the moment you walk in. I appreciate the sense of calm, safety, and professionalism the practice provides. I've always enjoyed massages, but felt that I never could afford them before. By becoming a member, I've been able to afford the massages without even thinking about it, as the monthly fee is billed to my credit card automatically, and it's lower than I would pay for a massage without a membership.
The actual massage therapists that we have used have been very good. For example, Jared has been amazing for me. I have scars that are very deep and he has been able to work those scars and remove the pain. My husband has very bad sinus issues and carries a lot of stress in his shoulders and neck and the female massage therapists he has used have been great.
In addition, the management has been excellent and very attuned to the clients and any concerns they have are addressed and resolved.
The massage was phenomenal. The eucalyptus aromatherapy made it even better.

Candice was excellent - she took her time and tailored my massage to me vs. running through a process or system of routine. It was one of THE BEST massage sessions I’ve ever experienced. I think her newness to the profession is her greatest asset - she approaches her clients with a recent reflection on her training and has not developed any habits that get in the way of appreciating the uniqueness of each individual. Give her kudos, she deserves it!
