Each and every time I call, everyone is so nice. There’s been some issues with my FSA and running out of funds each person and I spoke to was very nice very informal and gave me the accurate information to get me on track. I look forward to my massages and I wanted to give a kudos specifically to Chanel. She has been a big asset to my healing journey when I’m going through when I’m going through a hard times.

It’s unfortunate that she has limited availability but I will continue to schedule my massages around her availability. She is the best Massage person that I’ve experienced since I’ve been getting massages. I’ve actually left massage envy where she was and came to Elements Massage because of her quality of service.
