When the therapist I had scheduled with had to cancel last minute due to illness, Ashley was able to sub in. Ashley asked for my input, listened to my concerns and followed through with a very restorative and arthritis pain relieving massage. Range of motion up and pain mitigation were notable, and I have already scheduled with her again.

Always a great massage, but I do not remember cancelling my membership and losing all of my paid visits. There should be an email to confirm that agreement or decision so that the member is not surprised when they no longer have the membership and all of the visits that they paid for.
