I go monthly, having discovered how much my mind/body health has improved not waiting until my body tells me it needs to go. I cannot recommend the studio enough. Is was an easy check in process, nice and friendly staff. Only waited about 3 minutes before meeting my masseuse, Danielle. She was kind and confident. I enjoyed the massage immensely! A perfect amount of conversation and relaxation.
The atmosphere was very inviting. I had my session with Olivia and she was great.
Whitney was wonderful !! I was experiencing neck & shoulder pain.She was attentive and made sure I doing ok with the pressure.

I set up a couples massage well in advance. Twice, therapists couldn't do it anymore, however, the staff a Elements was awesome in making it work and it was a great experience!

Armando is a gifted diagnostic massage therapist and absolute miracle worker. I see him for cervical radiculopathy, which, if you're not familiar, is an icy steel claw of pain that stabs up the back of your head and squeezes. It can be hard to fight, but Armando finds and gets rid of the knots, every time. He is quite literally the only reason I don't have a headache every day. I am grateful to have found him.
