Larry G. was polite, patient, and professional. He arrived early and was very thorough and focused. He explained all of his findings in detail and showed me the location of some items (like the emergency water shut off) that it would be useful for me to know when I take possession of the property. He also was an attentive listener and had a good sense of humor--I can not say enough good things about him. I also liked the office staff--of the 3 companies I called to check availability and costs, they were also the most professional and responsive.
