The inspector arrived on time and was very thorough in their examination of the property. They took the time to explain their findings in detail, highlighting both major concerns and minor issues that I should be aware of. I appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to answer all my questions, which made me feel more informed about the condition of the home.
The report is well organized, with clear photographs and description.

Matt was professional, honest, and took time to show us items he found amiss during his inspection. He explained ways to take care of problems. Professionally and polite
Amerispec provides concise written reports, with pictures. They basically "saved" me from buying a money pit!! They are slightly cheaper than other local inspection companies, as well. They do not appear to be "working for the seller", which sadly happens all too often with a lot of inspection companies! They maintain an objective perspective, report the facts clearly in writing, and they are honest. I highly recommend them.
