We felt the inspector was very informative and thorough. I take comfort in knowing a quality inspection job was completed.
The inspector was very professional, and explained what he had seen, what may need fixed, and how to prevent certain situations that could happen. Everything was shown from the documents and explained in detail.
What really impressed me was your associate Matt Shanks. Upon my arrival he introduced himself representing AmeriSpec, Matt was courteous, explained the Inspection process so we understood, and was concerned with our concerns. The Inspection process was extremely through and we received our report extremely quick. I would recommend your company to my friends or corporate associates.

Great communication, hard work
I was charged $270+ higher than what was quoted. When I contacted your company they did correct the matter. But if I hadn’t caught the mistake myself I would have been out that amount of money.
Easy to organize, inspection was thorough and the inspector was great to work and included practical recommendations.
Very friendly and was helpful explaining the process and what was required for the testing, answered all questions WRT the efficiency test. Very professional and efficient. My energy advisor was Amanda Pride, she came equipped with everything she needed including a small step ladder to check out my attic and was thorough, providing feedback on my home. The whole process was less stressful than I expected, it was a pleasure having her complete my home test, thanks again for being prompt in getting my assessment done.

Our inspector was knowledgeable, thorough, and looked out for our best interest while completing our home inspection. Jorge informed us of several items that were great to know before moving forward with our purchase. He was also very friendly! Then our report came back in a very timely matter and we really appreciated the pictures in the report!
