There are so many reasons to have AmeriSpec do your home inspection but I think the biggest reason is they are well trained and will notice 100 things a typical homebuyer wouldn’t even think to look at.
On top of that, they are extremely professional and efficient and give a very thorough report in the most timely manner.
As a sweet cherry on top, they don’t stop at just the home inspection. They include a virtual document that will give you help in keeping your home in great shape along with videos of different procedures in case you aren’t familiar. The 10/10 is very well deserved.
