Chas is very thorough and good about explaining his findings to the clients. Reports are clear and easy to understand as well as delivered in a timely manner. Chas also makes himself available to answer follow up questions if they arise.

They went above and beyond by adjusting their schedule to ensure my home inspection was completed on time. Our Energy Advisor, Steve Sugar, was outstanding—he was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions. Steve also provided valuable insights into other phenomena we hadn’t been aware of. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I highly recommend AmeriSpec for their professionalism and dedication.
David is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and helpful. This was our first experience with a home inspection as this is our first home and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.

Colleen Brand is the best inspector I have ever used and continue to use. I've tried many inspectors but have never had as good of an experience as I have had with Colleen. She writes the most detailed reports and spends the time after to educate my clients. She has saved me from some potentially disastrous situations by what she uncovered in her reports. I wish I could use her everywhere in SoCal.
Jamie was incredibly helpful and thorough during our inspection, and we learned so much from him. He was also helpful after the inspection in terms of answering any follow up questions we had about the report. I definitely recommend him for anyone who needs an inspection done!
We've used Amerispec a number of times to inspect candidate rental properties. They typically schedule and complete an inspection with 24-48 hours notice. That's fast service. Inspections are very thorough, and so is the inspection report itself, which highlights not only deficiencies but good workmanship/operation as well. Great service and great quality at a great price. We will continue to use Amerispec for home inspections.
