The customer service was great! I had pants that did not fit and the chat function was quick and easy to get a new pair sent out. One thing I noticed was that the suits for the pink and caramel were a bit darker than shown on the website. I had not problems with the quality of the suit itself and received compliments on the fit.
Easy to work with and whenever I called to make a change or had a question they were quick to bring up my information. The guys all looked great at the wedding!!

I rented a suit for my husband and had the most exceptional service!!! From start to finish it was perfect. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! I am sorry to say I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but I believe he was the assistant manager. His service was absolutely amazing!! I’ve told many people since!!
